development from prospecting through project development and operation to reclamation and closure.
Our lawyers have developed particular expertise in matters related to natural resource projects located on Federal and Tribal land. In addition, clients have retained us to advise and represent them in the development of mining projects located outside the United States. In this regard, we have significant experience in Central and South America; Central Asia and the former Soviet Union; and the Far East.
