Simon Semenoff has extensive experience with federal and state environmental laws and regulations 
including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Oil Pollution Act, and the Endangered Species Act, among others, and their state counterparts.
We represent a large number of clients on permitting and compliance issues, spill and emergency response incidents, environmental cleanups, enforcement actions and notices of violations, and other administrative proceedings.
We regularly comment on federal and state regulatory proposals and participate in administrative rulemakings. We have conducted environmental due diligence and compliance audits in a significant number of the States and in Canada.
