The Firm has particular expertise in clean coal, renewable energy sources such as wind and in uranium fuels. The Firm’s experience includes advising energy clients in connection with project licensing and permitting; environmental compliance, assessments and feasibility studies; project financing; governmental relations; and all facets of project contracting.
We also represent companies involved in renewable energy including wind, solar and hydrogen. Simon Semenoff works closely with clients regarding design, permitting, construction and operation of renewable energy farms. Our involvement in renewable energy includes work with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and projects with multiple Indian Tribes and the Council of Energy Resource Tribes (CERT). We have been involved in renewable energy projects in the United States and foreign countries.
