Alan Simon’s practice is focused on telecommunications, renewable energy,

Alan has represented clients in multi-million and multi-billion dollar transactions. Alan advises public and private boards of directors and corporate officers regarding corporate governance and investor relations. Alan also serves as a strategic adviser to public and private entities. Alan provides pro-bono representation of charitable organizations and start-up ventures.
